Every instructor is challenging & it is always different. Although I am not sure how much body progress I see I absolutely can tell that I am stronger & faster on the treadmill. I also like I can it my gym session complete in 45-60mins & it is a real workout.

trainers are some of the best I have encountered, and even though it is a group class they take the time to get to know you and your needs. So feels like you are getting that individualized attention.

Lana was an incredible instructor. She took time to encourage and push each one of us. I also liked the fast pace of the class and that we kept switching between the treadmills and floor. It made the class more exciting and easier to ignore how tired I was :)

It was an amazing, high-intensity workout with a very motivational instructor. I also liked the facilities - the studio was very clean and spacious, I liked that there were lockers and free towels after class.

I love the workout! its challenging and makes me feel great after. The instructors are fantastic, my favorites being Andrew, Kasseem and Kri Cueva. Also the studio is always clean and the equipment in good working oder. I do miss the inspirational photos and quotes that used to play during class. Bring that back !
