Studio is clean, instructors are friendly and efficient... I just personally haven't been bit by the HITT bug but I do like it once in a while to mix up my usual routines. Super challenging in a good way! Always sore the next day.

I love everything about BURN 60 studio! Staff members are absolutely friendly, and all the trainers offer a different set of exercises. Every class is different which helps me, personally, stay motivated and excited to work out.
The facility was clean and organized, staff was very helpful and friendly and Rebecca was amazing! Checked all the boxes :)

I thought Andrew had incredible energy! He was motivational and upbeat that it made the time go by so fast. I loved that he did a lot of Body weight exercises on the floor. My one critique is to write down all the exercises on the board prior to starting the class so then the class does not have to waste workout time listening to him explain and a majority of the break could be cut out. I felt there was a lot of standing around after finishing the treadmill or floor and heading to the next station. I think a minute is too long of a rest period, maybe cut it down to 20 or 30 seconds and if members need a longer break they can take it on their own.
