The trainer was very aware of the different skill levels in the class, and pushed me on certain exercises. I don't normally receive or notice that sort of attention in larger groups classes, so big props to him! I really appreciated it, and am actually moving to the area from Chicago next month... I will be back!
I love being ridiculed and punished for not regularly attending any class. It's especially rewarding at 6am when my mind and body are still half asleep. By the end of the day it all just seems like a dream until the next day when I have trouble getting out of bed!

I love the classes here - they push you to the extreme but in a really fun, motivating way!
I like the instructors, the classwork, the schedule and the facilities - really everything about Burn 60. I always leave feeling like I got an excellent workout and that I was pushed very hard. The mix of high intensity cardio intervals and strength training have made me stronger and more fit.
Adequate space, easy parking, friendly faces with great customer service, air conditioning, fun music, fit and enthusiastic instructors, and courteous patrons.
