I love the intensity of every workout with Kasseem, the friendliness of the staff, the clean facilities. Kasseem is literally the BEST instructor I have ever had. He's so nice and knows how hard to push you to keep you motivated without making you feel defeated. Shoutout to Julissa - she's the best front desk staff I have ever had the pleasure of knowing! She always has a smile on her face and does her best to accommodate you.

Challenging, fun and friendly
Intense classes, professional staff, top of the line equipment, clean facility, well stocked bathrooms, abundant free PARKING! But mostly the intensity of the classes. I'm a ClassPass person, so if I'm going to use one of my precious credits, I want an excellent, butt kicking workout.
This was the coolest class I have ever taken! I am a competitive runner and this is great for cross training! I am also injured and the treadmills are very soft on my legs. I am never in pain after this class. I can't wait to add this to my running schedule!
Challenging classes, Liam and Chris are great trainers
The workout was challenging yet encouraging. I liked mixing up intervals every few minutes. The music was pumping and the energy was high. Intense!
Instructor was great- class was very efficient. Got a lot of work done in 45 mins.

I love this type of workout. It covers everything. I don't like to go to the gym and spend hours. The instructors are very motivating and positive. I leave my workouts for a great start of my day.

the trainers are phenomenal - the gym is always immaculate - front desk is always friendly and helpful -
two tiny tweaks: the music is often way too loud (when the sound levels are high it does long term damage to all of our hearing - and there's no need for the crazy sound levels - if the idea is to take care of the body we need to take care of our hearing as well - ears are part of our body ) also some of the trainers music is meh and thats weird as there are great workout playlists avail, and so much great music out there to select from - thnx of listening! and for running best gym in LA!
