Nice bright and clean, helpful and friendly staff, the class was good.

This is a brilliant centre - really well qualified and friendly instructors, great classes and a fantastic community feel. The Active Team get it exactly right at Hyde.

I like the gym and thermal swuite better than the other active sites nearer to me. After speaking to the membership team on Friday it was effortless

Classes appeal to my needs. Gym equipment easy to use.

Local, adequate opening hours, good choice of actives and classes for all ages

I mainly use Copley centre for the thermal suite and an occasional class. I have always found the centre to be clean, well maintained with friendly professional members of staff.

Copley would be my main centre if there were more class available on the days I am able to attend.

Polite and friendly staff . But I am not happy about how all normal height chairs are disappearing from the cafe area and being replaced by either very low are very high chairs That are not good for the elderly and the disabled

I find the service exceptional at Denton active . All due to having such friendly and knowledgeable staff working there. From reception to swim teachers , patrol and lifeguard duty. Always helpful and vigilant bringing lots of encouragement to those who need it more.

Decent gym, not huge but big enough. Good selection of equipment, some need updating or renewing but its solid reliable and quite inexpensive in my opinion. I can use other gyms on my Active membership but Ken Ward is my go to gym.

Friendly and well equipped.

It’s been a while sins Iv been active Copley. I did Danny’s spin and circuit on a Sunday evening. I absolutely loved it.

Great pool, clean facilities, pleasant staff, just wish they'd let people in store 9am on a Sunday as there is limited space in the foyer.

Friendly staff. Good class timetable and excellent instructors - especially Paul (aqua fit) who always makes sure his classes are enjoyable. Only criticism is that swimming pool changing rooms are very tired but great that lockers have new locks on

Front of house staff and very informative and welcoming, big smiles and was patient and took time to explain everything well.

Everyone is helpful and very friendly. The building is clean and if you tell the reception about any problem then they get in touch with someone to sort or mend if necessary. I go to aqua fit and
think the instructor is very good and very professional.
