Most staff are friendly. I hope once the classes are brought back they are better than last time. I agree with the new booking rules. Nothing worse having fasting finger round at 9am to get to the class a week later to see more often than not it wasn’t full as people had dropped out
Great staff, especially the very friendly and helpful Marie. The gym is always clean and available. Classes are good if maybe a little overcrowded sometimes.

Looking forward to returning to group exercise classes. I was thinking about whether this is covid safe, ventilation in the dance studio is an issue. Would it be possible to create a door way or window that could be opened in the dance studio?
It would be good to get fresh air in there.

Lovely friendly staff and clean warm swimming pool. The lady on reception was extra lovely!
All the staff are helpful and friendly especially Martin who always goes out of his way to help. Some of the reception staff need to stop sucking on a lemon though. The centre is clean and sanitizer and the gym today (Saturday) smelt some clean and fresh (never smelt that clean before) and apart from the minority (usually the very young or old) most customers clean the equipment down before and after use. The only negative is that sometimes the upstairs of the gym is too warm, downstairs is much better. The new app created on the back of covid is brilliant and easy to use. Going forward (after covid hopefully) please put on more classes especially around lunchtime as more people are going to be working from home and this may help prevent the busy evening classes.
I use the swimming slot on Wednesday evenings and feel very safe due to the processes in place.
