Frank Mckenny at Hydrodyene is a great employee you have that goes out his way and shows true customer support, hard to come by this days and not many vendors care enough to show that kind of support. If its a good quality product I don't only compare prices when choosing vendors, I value the customer support and relationship more then the price! I promise you it will pay for itself in the long run when your tug is down and have someone like Frank at Hydrodyene jump on it right away no matter what time it might be.

Also, Hydrodyene Tech Brandon is a great Tech that works with Frank directly, very knowable an respectful and does a great job on all of our tugs.

The Team at Hydradyne is very responsive. We are a manufacturing company and sometimes we require "Rush" orders and deliveries. Hydradyne's team makes every effort to meet our needs in a timely fashion. My appreciation to them for what they do and the professional manner in which they respond.

David at the front was incredibly helpful regardless if it was for Hydradyne's benefit or not. Made several recommendations and ultimately I went with his advise which worked. Great crew and will definitely keep them in mind for my PTO needs in the future.
