I am a senior citizen and these days it is hard to let a stranger into your home. My service person was very professional, eager to help and comforting. He took the time to explain what he was going to do and how I could take car of my carper after he was done. My capet had not been cleaned in a while, but he did a great job, especially on the areas where there were stubborn spots. I would use tihis company again and refer my friends as well. Thanks Koby
