The Technician (Donald) was a very young, but professionally mature fellow. He explained very clearly his assessment of the needs of our carpet and surfaces. It's never easy when the tab for recommended services (once the technician sees it), is coming on over $100.00 than what my daughter (it's her home) had set up when she called in to book the cleaning.
That's not Donald's fault, but he is the guy who gets the reaction.
And I think you could do a better job on the phone calls or online when customers contact you, that the estimate given is only an estimate of a very straightforward cleaning with nothing extra needed (like for us, the odor neutralizers because she has dogs). And that more services might be needed or recommended that would increase the price.
Donald did a good job of creating trust which I regarded when he told me his recommendations.
I guess it helped that I didn't know the original quote given to my daughter, so I was an easy sell - but anyway, it went well, and the actual carpet cleaning done by Donald was excellent.

Carpets feel fresh and clean. Technician cleaned our couch for affordable price and threw in chair for free. 3 rooms for $119 can’t beat that!

The quality of your cleaning products far out did all the times I've had Stanley Steamer come out to clean our carpets. Your service removed stains that Stanley Steamer never could get out. And you left my carpet so much softer and free form residue.
