We had our carpet and tile (and grout) professionally cleaned a couple days back, which went really well and we're very satisfied with the result. So, if you ever need a recommendation for such a service, we had a great experience with zerorez. They sent out two techs that were thorough, professional, and prompt.

I love that there is no soap residue after carpet cleaning. The cleaner never leaves the carpet so wet that it doesn’t dry.

Crew did a great job, very knowledgeable, efficient and didn't make a mess. I had my air ducts cleaned along with my carpet. Only suggestion is to make sure that specials are not being advertised if you have discontinued the offer. Currently on the radio promotion you are adversting free tile cleaning with the completion of three carpeted rooms, but now it is 50% off instead of free for up to 100 square feet

Zerorez is FABULOUS

Area rugs are soft and smell great. They look like new. The wall to wall in bedroom is great as well. Pickup and delivery were on time as promised. Thanks so much . And the price was great-one third as much than the last cleaner.

I didn’t have high expectations given the age and current condition of the carpets in the rental house I live in. I previously use Stanley and wasn’t impressed with the turnout. I had heard about ZeroRez on the radio and figured I’d give it a go this time around. Again, the carpet is really old, and I have 7 pets. Colby arrived within the appropriate window and was nice and genuine. He walked around to visually inspect everything and he explained products and the process all very well. We had one rug, one couch, a staircase, a hallway, and 4 bedrooms cleaned. Colby seriously was amazing. He worked quickly, efficiently, and was very thorough. He went above and beyond what I expected. The results were also above and beyond expectations. Everything cleaned turned out 100% better than before. I can’t say enough great things about his service and will be requesting him in the future.
