The rep was very professional. He got right to work after giving us what the price will be. We have a dog so we had the pet treatment. The carpets are REALLY clean. While he was working, they looked like the pictures, dark strip next to a light strip! Paul was very careful as he worked so no water got on adjoining hardwood. He was pleasant and diligent

All the carpets look awesome. The carpets dried so quickly and my white socks stayed white while I was walking around after the cleaning.

I like the no use of soap, just water to deep clean our carpet. The techs always show up on time and get the job done quickly. The carpet is dry in 6 hours with no residue. And the stairs look like brand new carpet!
