Third time using Zerorez. The guys are professionals and very friendly. They ask questions and provide great information. I wish I had taken before and after pictures of the carpet in my son's room. I didnt believe the stains could be removed. The guys removed chocolate milk,, red stains, dirt, and Lord knows what else my son wasted in the carpet over the last year.

Customer service is excellent. My carpets look incredible! This is my third time using Zerorez and it is now my go to carpet. Next time I’m going to try their air duct cleaning and then their dryer lint cleaner!

Honestly the employee was just really cool. He wasn’t awkward but super helpful and not too pushy while still giving us all the information.

The gentleman that came out to the house was very professional and just as nice as could be.

On time! Fast cleaning process! Friendly worker! Decent price! Cleaned 3 rooms and a hallway, several small stains left on carpets. Not visible before carpets dried.

That there are no soaps or detergents. I always get sick after having my carpets cleaned and I did not this time. Also the dry time is so much quicker.
