I would like take this opportunity first, to acknowledge the office personnel Tori and Angela for their assistance in setting up my initial appointment. They were a pleasure to work with!! I also would be remissed if I didn't mention the Service Tech Paul, for his expertise in cleaning our carpet and tile.
My wife and I moved to Austin two years ago from El Paso and after searching for a carpet cleaning company we could trust to do a good job, we finally found Zero Rez. They will continue to do our carpet and tile cleaning into the future.

The gentleman that came out was very nice and efficient.

From scheduling the appointment, to receiving a confirmation phone call two days ahead, and a phone call from the service technician 30 minutes before arriving, the entire experience was great. My carpet looked and smelled great afterwards. Also had bathroom tile grout cleaned. It wasn't bad to begin with, but I could tell a difference. I will use this company again and definitely recommend them. Thanks Zerorez!

What I like was that Brad told me if I didn't like the results of a area he did he would pack up and no charge. Brad really worked hard to get to me at the time I needed for him to come. The tile came so clean. It took me months to get my tile to look like what they did in a couple hours.

The friendliness of the employees, follow up reminders, the smell of the products used to steam clean the carpet, and the minimalist time for carpet to dry.

I got the appointment date I wanted, great customer services, friendly staff, and quality of work.

The carpet cleaning got my carpet cleaner than I ever thought it could! Some of the stains the cleaning was able to get out had been sitting for several years and they're gone now!

I really like the idea of cleaning without chemicals. My carpet and upholstery look great, all the pet stains are gone and the traffic patterns look brand new. The carpet dried fast and smells great. The service man was also polite and informative and on time for the scheduled appointment. I will use them again!

Clean water, no soap residue

We called Zerorez to clean our carpets and they did an outstanding job. Pet stains, mud/dirt and overall wear were taken care of the best they could. Our house looks good.

The people who came to do the cleaning were very thorough. They knew what they were doing and knew about the product. The cleaning was much better than anything we had from other cleaners. I will stay with Zerorez in the future.

You were prompt, both contacting you and when your service people showed up. I am sorry I don't know the name of the lead service tech. He was so nice, polite and very knowledgeable about what he was doing. I would recommend and use Zerorez again. This is my second time and it was much better than the first!
