I have been in the Property Management business for 27 years here in Austin Texas. I have used many different carpet companies over the years with non of them really doing an acceptable job.

I just had renovations done to my bathrooms with contractors up and down my staircase (carpeted and off white) hauling sheetrock, old flooring and tile etc. My carpet appeared a medium grey color and was spotted with stains. I honestly thought I would have to purchase new carpet but thought that I would try one more company. I can honestly say that I have never seen my (off white) carpet as clean as it is now that Zerorez completed their cleaning process in my home. I am confident they will perform equally as well on any carpet challenge they may have.

The representative who serviced our home was courteous and professional. I liked the ease of cleanliness and the aroma left by the essential oils in the cleaning solution. Carpet dried wonderfully and tile looked much better!

My carpets look amazing I have 4 kids, 4 dogs, and a cat idk how old my carpet is but it looked so Dirty! It looks amazing and the tech was fast, efficient, and very knowledgeable. Did all 4 bedrooms the hall and stairs in about an hour. Thank so much!
