It was an intense workout, but manageable. I liked that you could see your heart rate, which pushed me harder to keep it in the optimal orange zone. The instructors were great and kept a close eye on my performance. I like that you can see your end results and know if you gave 110% or you need to push harder next time.
It is varied and easy to follow
The team spirit, great trainer, high quality equipment, easy to follow.
I feel like I get a great all over workout. I like being able to see what zone I'm in and have the trainers push me when I need to be pushed. It's a great mix of cardio and strength training.
The HR monitoring
Its challenging and fun. I like that each class is different and targets different areas. I also like the aspect of measuring our heart rates and being able to see where we need to push more. Overall, Its a fun class and the trainers are great :)
Intense interval cardio, weights training and accountability through the heart rate monitor. I love being able to use the cross trainer (and bike)
60 minute classes
each time feels different with just enough variety to keep my body in shape and it pushes me harder than i would if I was working out by myself. I find the trainers and staff very attentive
Motivational and personal feel making an intense group workout experience feel like a more personal training session.
I love the intensity, the variety and the results. When tasks are measurable I feel like I work harder/better because I know what I am aiming for and how hard I've worked.
Friendly staff that keep me motivated

I always feel like I've had a great cardio workout as well as a bit of strength and toning, all in one hour!
Easy to follow, results and changes to my fitness levels were evident within a couple of weeks, 4 times per week greatly aided my marathon training, classes are varied, instructors are very motivating, enthusiastic and helpful...by far the best workout I've ever paid for. Love OTF!
The live feedback was great and it was really helpful to know how I was going throughout the hour.
