Heart monitor, great trainers
It is a lot more enjoyable then all the other workouts I have previously attended. Since their are instructors to hand, there is always helpful tip at hand on how to improve your workout/ technique. The class is fast paced and your constantly changing exercises for different time periods, so you don’t get stuck in the same routine.
I like that you don’t know what your getting until you turn up as well, it stops you from over-thinking all day to ‘whats ahead’ and then ‘deciding to go tomorrow instead’.

Loved the work out. Really great to see real time on the screens how my body is responding to it too. Found the music selection fun and format easy to follow also. Definitely will be back for more! x
After having a baby I can only make sessions once a week. OT is the most efficient way to train. I run swim and cycle also and the OT session has ensured my running is still strong while combining a weights training session in the mix. I love it. Thank you.
Feeling the burn and energised
It’s a great calorie burn. The instructors make it fun
Really challenging workout that gets you out of your comfort zone but you feel so good afterwards. I also like that you set your own pace so one day you might want to smash yourself and another day you might want to take it easier. No pressure from the trainers, it's about you and listening to your body. A lot of the really good trainers have left but hopefully more good ones come on board soon.

I like the heart rate result you see at the end of the session, this enable me to compare my progress every week.
Variety, fun, pressure to push myself, splat points, music, enthusiasm of instructors (no matter how downbeat the class members are). It's just awesome, I'm sold on this.
