How the trainers push you to do your best and you know when your slacking off/pushing yourself to hard because of the heart rate monitor.
I feel I'm getting a full workout with half an hour in the treadmill & half an hour in the weight room., since the heart rate is more monitored I know the amount of effort I need put in. The instructors are helpful & encourages good technique.

The classes are all different. You hardly ever do the same class twice. The trainers are interested in ALL participants. You really feel part of the group
I loved how it was group orientated but you still felt like you were having a one to one PT session! I felt like I pushed myself more because it was a motivated environment and that was my first time being there, Ben was great in demonstrating how everything worked and I didn't feel lost at all!

Always guaranteed of a grt workout, other classes I do are not always as Intense and easier to slack off orange pushes u to maximise your workout

Keeps you going for the entire hour. No extended breaks like I'd give myself if I went to the GYM on my own
I like the mix of exercises - I like being able to track my progress throughout the class. I find it motivating to see my HR on the screen so I can keep pushing to earn more splat points!

I like that everyday there's a new workout so you never get tired of the same routine. Plus having a coach to correct your form and keep you motivated helps you get stronger faster.

Efficient and effective, excellent to monitor exactly how hard you are working - there is nowhere to hide!
While there is a similarity from one workout to the next, no workout is the same and I always feel like I have worked my body as hard as I can each session. Trainers are always supportive and mindful of the individuals in the class and how they need them to work on the equipment they are on
Each one is different. It is NEVER formulaic. Cardio is my mortal enemy and it forces me into doing it, and not only that, but it's (the cardio) is over before you know it!
Its always different! Would love some around 1pm slots though.
It's fun and challenging and it's constantly pushing you to work harder.
