I myself have been exercising for near to 15 yrs; a variation of running, cross training, however I have done minimal resistance training. The workout at Orange Theory is by far the most challenging and satisfying workout I have ever undertaken. At 31 years of age, I didn't think I could actually make further positive changes to my body, but Orange has proven me wrong. I feel motivated, strong, and toned in all the areas I've always struggled with. I would recommend the sessions to anyone; elite athletes, fitness enthusiasts and semi beginners.
