I like that on the treadmills and weights floor there is never two of the same workouts and there is a good variety. I definitely prefer the 2g as I feel I get a better workout that way than the 3G.

I don't have t think about it and it is different every day. The trainers are also excellent. The trainers are also excellent. they are motivating and ensure you are doing everything correctly while pushing yourself beyond what you think you are capable of.
Hands down the best workout I've ever done. Because it constantly changes you'll find some days harder or easier than others but never boring. Being able to see how hard you are working on your monitor keeps you focussed and concentrated on your own performance and the coaches are great motivators when they know you can do more. I love the benchmark days as it can be a great way to see progression or see something you might need to work on. This is my 3rd Orangetheory studio due to moving locations and I can't see myself going anywhere else, the format just works!
That it’s full body and includes a run leg unlike most other group fitness classes.
I like the variety and the wholistic approach. I am looking forward to the introduction of Lift 45 classes. Most of all, I like being part of a welcoming community that prioritises health and well-being, I like feeling known and seen when I go to class.
Orangetheory is different; you push harder in the class format and I have found it way more motivating than p/t or other group training I’ve done in the past. You can’t really opt out and that’s just what I need!
The variety and the balance of endurance/strength.
I’ve always exercised daily but it’s only since going to OT that my fitness has improved considerably. I love the variety of the workouts, the passionate coaches and a true community amongst the members. I am also a competitive person so the challenges and rhe splats are good motivators for me.

They are all different. You never get bored. Even though they follow the same pattern, power strength and endurance each workout is different. I love it.

The coaches, the atmosphere, the community feeling and getting to know other people from your area, the workouts and the general well-being you feel after a varied class each session.
I really enjoy and look forward to my workouts at orangetheory Mosman because reception always greet you with smiles. During workout the coach is enthusiastic and encouraging. At 6am in the morning I really need the enthus and pumping music to get going. 👍 They listen and ask about your health issue if you have any during your session. The whole workout crew during the session always push their limits and further, therefore achieving their personal best 🌟which is very encouraging for me. As it make me want to push for my own personal best. I like it also just to walk in and out without making small talks in the morning. This is why I am with Orangetheory Mosman.
