OTF workouts are always challenging, and always fun! No two days are ever the same, and the focus is different each day, so you get a perfect mix of endurance, strength and power. The coaches are all amazing - motivating, encouraging, and always on the lookout for any improvements we can make in our individual form.

It’s different every time. Combines building muscle strength with aerobic workout.
Varied workout
Each workout is different so it never gets boring. The instructor gives clear instructions so I don’t have to remember everything just focus on form and stamina.
Focus on strength building and my own pace, like a physio has written them
I have only been a couple of times but loved how organised the workouts were- good intervals between exercises and equal attention was paid to cardio and strength. Very friendly and inspiring staff and great energy in the room! I also loved the fact that every one gets their “lane” of equipment so you don’t need to worry about where to run to… and of course the heart monitoring

Coaches are very clear, encouraging
Comprehensive hour long workout that involves the treadmill as the cardio component. I love that it is focussed on form not the amount of reps you can do.
The variety of the workouts are great cause you never get bored repeating them and the themed workouts are a lot of fun.
The Staff are awesome, providing guidance and motivation.
Most gym goer's buy in to the orange theory family feel which is also a big draw card.
The blend of running and other strength / rowing activities keeps me coming back
