Took my first class yesterday with Abby T after trying other "similar" reformer studios and always hated them. I feel like Abby's class made me do a 180 and now i've already taken my second lagree class, I can feel myself getting addicted to it which i never thought possible as I've always been more of a weight lifting/cardio person. Absolutely obsessed!

Outstanding full body workout. Love emphasis on isolating muscles to get most benefit from workout. I have osteoporosis so I love focus on glutes and backside to improve balance and stability. Instructors are great, music fun too.

Great classes and the instructors mix up the exercises so not always the same
Melissa is an incredible instructor. I love how much direction is given about how to make adjustments and where you should be feeling the burn. A lot of the instructors will come up and fix positioning which is so helpful. And overall I just love how hard the workouts are, I always feel great after.
