The site in Point Loma is way bigger than the one in Mission Valley. There’re more than one studio so they offer more classes. The studios are big and clean. There’s plenty of parking as well.
Really enjoyed the atmosphere and how instructive and relaxed everyone thing was. This was my very first power yoga (or yoga of any kind) and i would highly highly recommend to everyone. Honestly wish it wasn’t so expensive though.

The Pt Loma studio is consistently challenging and prompts you to think about your life and your thought processes. It would be wonderful if other studios can be encouraged to offer similar classes. Most other studios in the San Diego area have C2 courses that are actually C1 in content and rigor.
