I am a raving fan of CPY!! I recommend it to any of my friends who ask about a great work out and especially a great place to learn what hot yoga is all about. I love the formats available and that no matter which location I go to I will be getting great yoga and superior quality instruction. FYI, I don't give perfect scores so for me a 9/10 is a BIG DEAL.

I love the classes and all the teachers
I have really enjoyed the last two classes I've taken, and the instructors are wonderful, however, I wonder if it is just slightly TOO hot in some of the hot yoga classes. I love the deep sweat and stretch, but not to the point of feeling like passing out. The instructors are good about getting some fresh air in the room, but it's very intense! Almost too....
I love core power. I feel like the yoga studios are always very clean. The locker rooms are in need of a deep scrub. The air ducting in the ceiling is very dusty. The walls need some touch up paint. The shower doors need soap scum eliminator. Other than that it is 10 out of 10!

I like the bright, clean studios, the variety of classes, awesome instructors and flexible schedule options. I think the studio has such a good energetic and friendly feel- I look forward to class!
