The manager and instructor I met were super welcoming and helpful. Sara De is great! The studio is clean and orderly. The class flowed beautifully. I like that there is shampoo, conditioner, and soap in the showers. And that the shower head is up high enough unlike many shower heads I have come across in San Diego.

Tabu is such a fun instructor. He is my main motivation for going to the Point Loma studio!

The quality of the instructors and the cleanliness of the facilities.
My only complaint is I think the rooms should be cleaned down more in between classes ....mirrors cleaned of all the sweat and the equipment...and I know they “sweep” up the sweat on the floors, but a lot of times it’s not very thorough. Everything else, I love!!!

Omg!!!! 🤣🤣🤣 he kicks my butt!) But seriously, they are fabulous. I do feel a little intimidated when you pack people in and I’m super close to my Neighbor, but I understand why the classes are so full. 👍
Tabu is amazing and we need more teachers like him! I use to live in Point Loma and loved his classes. Now I live in Orange County and can’t find a teacher that comes close to him. If you have one, please let me know!!
