Everything! The place is great. especially the variety of classes that you can attend. It allows for more exploration nad finding the exact fit. I will be signing up for the monthly membership after my wee is up.

I like that the studio is large and has many classes going on at one time. I feel like I can always find something to fit in my schedule. The atmosphere is always buzzing, it feels like a community where people can connect.

Convenience. I would like to know which instructor is teaching which class though.

My instructor was amazing!!!!! She was a great instructor loved her flow, energy and humor! It had been months since I stepped into a yoga practice and her class was the right mix of challenging and soft tissue work with nice bits of laughter. My body and mind felt amazing after and she reminded me of why yoga is awesome and I will step back into my practice now! My friends and I met to go to her class and it will be a thing from here on out!

The site in Point Loma is way bigger than the one in Mission Valley. There’re more than one studio so they offer more classes. The studios are big and clean. There’s plenty of parking as well.

Really enjoyed the atmosphere and how instructive and relaxed everyone thing was. This was my very first power yoga (or yoga of any kind) and i would highly highly recommend to everyone. Honestly wish it wasn’t so expensive though.
