As a first time camper shopper/buyer and now owner, four seasons Virden made it easy and stress free.
Steve was our sales guy and he was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us from top to bottom. He answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable buying an “as is” unit. Everyone we dealt with was super friendly.
Hopefully we will be ready to upgrade in a couple of years and we will definitely recommend and come back!

When we called about an issue with our camper someone was there to fix it within the week. Sales staff were great with us. The camper is fantastic. Spacious easy to tow and hook up and set up is a breeze.

The road service is great.
We started off pretty rocky to say the very least. We appreciated that you acknowledged the problems we were having and fixed it as quickly as you could. Hopefully we don’t have any more issues. Bill and Chad made us feel like you guys actually do care and helped us. That alone would make us come back and recommend you to others.
Salesmen are very knowledgable about the product . In my sale situation everything was done that i asked for . Delivery was on time. Walk around and Demo were informative and helpful .

The sale person went over and beyond showing me trailers. Explaining everything clearly easy to understand. The whole dealership was great to work with getting financing and getting trailer ready. In end they delivered trailer to me. Very outstanding.

The extended warranty was a breeze. I live out of province, and I was very pleased with how easy the process was. I took it to a dealer in my area, had them work on it. Once paid I sent the invoice to four seasons, and no questions asked, paid me right away.
We have a problem where the linkage on the awning on our Forest River 5th wheeler bumps into the metal parts high on the slide out located on rear bedroom. These metal parts do not bypass each other as they should. The awning "arm" bangs into the slide out hardware and is stopped until the linkage is pried over to facilitate passage. We telephoned the mobile service number and a man arrived on time on a mutually satisfactory date. He did fix the problem in short order. The awning opened and closed excellent while he was here and it did so one more time. BUT! Upon the occasion of the next awning extension - our next weekend of camping, CLUNK! The original problem was back in spades. We do not fault the man who came here to repair the problem in the 1st place. Nor do we have a complaint with any aspect of the service experience. These crazy things happen. I will contact 4 Seasons for advice, I'm sure that with their help I will be able to adjust the linkages. Bottom line, 4 Seasons provided prompt and satisfactory service. It just didn't work out longterm.
We liked the fact that we did everything over the phone speaking with the salesman, then arranging for delivery and pickup of our trade. It was very convenient and once we found the camper we wanted everything went smoothly. We also, chose Virden due to the fact that they will service our camper on site at our campground. Very, very convenient and the service department is easy to deal with also.

Great service, treated us with respect, very detailed trailer orientation and stands behind what they sell! We bought a used camper and declined warranty yet Four Seasons is still fixing things we found a month after we took possession for no charge!

We love our camper! The staff are very very friendly. Had to call maintenance for a minor problem and they came out from Virden all the way to Setting Lake 2 days later! Excellent customer service!! Everyone treats you like you’ve known them forever!
