The location was very clean and inviting. Instructors were very nice and friendly. The studio was a good size and is nicely maintained.

I went in nervous because I have not done a class like this before. When I arrived I was pleased with the staff who greeted me and with the help they provided. The facilities are nice and clean. My session was enjoyable. The flow was great; I definitely worked hard and challenged myself.

Great decor and teachers are knowledgeable. The heat seems to be hard to control from class to class... The spray during sivasana is weird. Music volume control is necessary.

Excellent classes and instructors

I loved the balance of instruction....not too much not too little. I loooved the loud music. I appreciate the balance of vinyasa flow. The entire hour is mostly flow and not so much breathing, like other studios. I like the location, I like the studio, the check in process...all of it:)
