The instructor was awesome, being new to yoga I was a bit nervous because I'm not familiar with the poses. The instructor wasn't intimidating, she helped where it was needed and demonstrated the poses that we were doing.
The room is great, very calming atmosphere.

love you're location and new studio! i also really love the music! and variety of classes and a great variety of times. for me as a mother of twin baby boys, it's hard to get a babysitter or anybody to watch them. But you have tons of different times during the morning in the daytime and later in the evening so makes it so much easier. Thank you

They people at the desk were very friendly and helpful in registering me for a membership. The instructors are all very kind and willing to help us which is nice. Overall it's a very welcoming place and a great experience!
