I love how the first week is free and even if you're new to yoga the instructors and people are so welcoming. I was a bit worried that I would be judged but I really felt comfortable and enjoyed everyone there!

There is such a positive, friendly vibe from the staff to the customers. A lot is offered for how much it costs as well.

Jen is amazing. I'm guessing she is upper management because she not only teaches amazing classes but she is really great with all the customers. Everyone is friendly and nice, but Jen stands out the most.

My experience at your studio was beyond amazing. I had taken a C1 class at Yoga Loft and loved it. Upon considering a teacher training with your company I started visiting CPY studios to get the feel for the culture and environment. I was so pleased by the warm atmosphere at the Kailua studio. The women at the check in desk were really helpful, the diffused essential oil was a delight too. Plus the lockers, showers and changing areas were exceptionally clean and I felt very at home I. The private space! The class itself was a wonderful challenge, and the instructor was spot on with specific call outs to asanas and guiding us through each pose correctly. I enjoyed the gentle instruction and hands on adjustment that was provided here and there. Best of all, the entire practice hour felt extremely supportive from teacher to student. I would highly recommend this studio and the classes to other interested students of yoga. My one complaint is that while the teacher and staff were warm and supportive some of the other students sent out some competitive vibes and that part was a little lack luster especially considering g how uplifting the class was. In my experience new studios take a while to condition students with the energy they want projected and hopefully the more regular students will adopt the already awesome, vibrant and loving every the teachers and staff offer.
