Great and enthusiastic instructors! The special classes for inversions and arm balances are great! The bathrooms are always clean and very neat.
It's a hard work out, just the right amount of time, and the fact that there are showers afterwards is great
The studio is beautiful; modern but inviting. Amenities like hot showers, lockers, water filling station are added bonuses. The class was paced nicely and the instructor taught with an even blend of verbal, visual and tactile cues. I will be back!

I really enjoyed my free week at corepower. The teachers and practice were amazing. I've never gone so consistently to a yoga class.

I love CorePower's classes, especially the sculp classes. The clothing boutique offers a wide selection of styles and sizes. I do wish the kailua studio would offer more sculpt classes, like a 7:30pm class like Kahala.
The class was full of energy and enthusiasm and was a great workout!
Instructors and the good workout!
I loved Maisa's Monday night class! It was my first time and I really enjoyed that she took the time at the beginning of the class to set a positive intention for the class. She also came around and assisted anyone who needed extra help getting fully into some of the positions, which really helped me get a much better stretch on a few occasions. It was a very comfortable environment and I felt amazing after the class. I will definitely recommend this to others, and I'm trying to bring a friend with me next time!
I like that the classes are always different and that the workouts are never boring. The instructors are all great and very friendly. I used to think that yoga studios were intimidating, but Core Power has changed my perspective.
Everyone is friendly and happy. The studio is very welcoming. The classes give me a great workout as they are challenging and upbeat. I feel refreshed and invigorated after class, even if I had a super stressful day at work (I attend class after my work day).
Great mix of classes and teachers
The customer service is outstanding! All your instructors are friendly and helpful. As soon as you walk in you are made to feel so comfortable. The place is spotless . it's nice that you provide so many amenities, like mats, towels showers shampoo, etc. I have only taken the C1 class but I love it. I like how the instructor goes around the room to help you with your pose and how they show you certain poses. It's a great place to do yoga at! I've already been telling people it's a great place!
