The instructor was amazing. I have never been so motivated to move so much and have a really great work out. The studio limited the amount of people signed up for the class and allowed appropriate distancing. The heat within the room was a pretty hot, however the opened up the room at times to avoid overheating. The free classes offered fit perfectly with my work schedule.
The instructor was super nice and it was a great workout! I sweat profusely the entire time :)
I commend CorePower Kailua for a job well done! They have our best interests in mind which is clearly visible in the organization and cleanliness of the studio. And I enjoyed the workout and inspiration to do well in keeping fit from the sculpt class yesterday. It's great coming back!
