Clean space, knowledgeable, kind and friendly instructors, series of classes at various time to choose from.
This is a wonderful studio, terrific instruction and easy access to studio. Very pleasant staff, helpful and enthusiastic.
Everyone is very friendly and welcoming! Chelsea did a restore class that was great after my run. Olivia greeted us the first time and was so helpful. My husband and I are new to yoga and everyone is helpful to all levels. It’s great to see advanced students and see the possibilities! Love this place!

Jasmine choreographed an amazing class which was themed well, included an excellent intention which was used throughout. Her muscle cues were unique and accurate.
As a first timer to the studio, Brie who I took a class from, was very helpful in explaining the various types of classes the studio offers and what the class I signed up for would be like. I liked the heat, but it was not overwhelming. I had a GREAT class and will return.
