Great classes, friendly staff

I love the friendly and helpful staff. I like there are class all days to help fit yoga into my schedule.

Great class and instructor. However free week should be where you first sign up not in geographic area. There is no studio close by. Also I have been to yoga studios all over the world. Your fees for a class is high in my opinion.
However I would return if couldn’t find another studio.

I really like the instructors at this studio. They are very patient, kind and knowledgeable. They make me feel comfortable and welcomed. I also like how clean and nice the studio always kept. Unlike the Ward location which is in need of a revamp and some love.
Kailua is by far the best yoga studio!

I was on vacation and signed up for a week class. Everyone was extremely helpful, nice and the workout was exactly what I needed, stretching, core, weights, lower and upper body; complete workout!
