I will visit this area of Hawaii ~2 times a year for an extended period of time and it is so reassuring knowing there is a solid Core Power here with tenured teachers. I love being able to take classes while I'm here and I know I can count on the Kailua studio to have great instructors and a lot of offerings.

I love core power but they are canceling a class that moms who need to drop off their kids and go to work by 10 we need the 8:15 class!

Laura Ra is a great instructor! Great cueing, infectious energy. I noticed that when a person in class was needing to take a break for quite a while, she subtly went over to check on them. I thought this was super considerate, maintained their safety, while also not bringing too much attention to them!
