CorePower is great studio. Clean, showers, a variety classes and teachers.
There are only two small things that I ever take issue with.
All classes start 2-3 minutes late. To accommodate late students, when the majority of students arrive early or on time.
And some teachers play the music so loud my Apple Watch warns me about hearing damage.

I was visiting Hawaii and got a free week with some friends who are current members. It was an awesome class comparable to the classes I have at a luxury-style gym at home. The intensity was high & the sculpt was everything I needed for the day!

The instructor was very clear and I could hear her very well . She had a great helpful spirit about her instruction. She really challenged me to exceed my limits. And a lot of fun. Slept like a rock that night.

Instructor was amazing and I felt good in the space

C2 at the Kailua studio is not as challenging as previous C2 classes I have done and prefer. I do like the location and convenience.

I never thought I liked yoga but the classes at CorePower Yoga aren't your basic yoga, they are challenging and fun. The instructors at Kailua CorePower Yoga are awesome! They motivate you every minute of the class. They give you different options for the exercses so you can focus on the technique or push yourself to the limits. I love this place.

I so glad that my wife told me about CorePower Yoga. At first being the tuff guy I think I was, if I wasn't lifting weights or going for a long jog, it wasn't a workout. Then I took my first Yoga Sculpt class, and I was hooked. For the last 5 years I've been working out at least 4 to 5 times a week. Yoga I & II, Yoga Sculpt and Strength X. For me the greatest attribute is the time factor. I'm busy and I have a limited amount of time to work out and release stress at the same time. I give Core Power 1 hour of my precious time and I receive maximum value for this time in receiving an awesome workout. All the above is administered and directed by well trained, deliberate and highly professional instructors, they all the best in what they do. Maka, Cleo T, Hannah, Jaz P, Chelsea, Pierson, Linda, Emma S, Rafi Gr, Leah, Mahina & Malia just to name a few. Your instructors make the difference in making CorePower not just good but GREAT.

After 45 (min 30 minutes) sessions, go to website and request $200 to be mailed to you. Our health plan pays us to exercise!

I love the attitudes of the instructors and how they motivate you throughout the class with positive vibes. I also love the yoga sculpt classes, they are fun, challenging and really break a sweat but can go at your pace.

Jaz P has very motivating music and I enjoy her flow in yoga sculpt.
