Very friendly and clean studio. Full of community

The free trial week is amazing. It allows you to try different classes with different instructors at different studios for FREE. I’m much more likely to purchase class packs after this because now I feel like I know what I’m purchasing. I’m so pleased with my experience so far, I’ve been telling all my friends about this.

First class I took with Robin. she was great!

Glad they finally put the little tapes on the floor like they have in California. It eliminates all the shuffling around of mats when they run out of space.

This studio is so wonderful. Everyone greets you with a smile and I love all the teachers and classes.

Was recommended to go by Keoki Fraser who has been going for years. Was completely out of my normal exercise regime. Ended up loving the workouts and was very challenging but felt very comfortable going at my pace and taking breaks as needed. All the instructors were amazing and looked the part. Highly recommend this location to any local or traveler. Looking for locations near me at this time. We’ll be back soon for work and workout there. Thank you everyone !

The instructors are great, however the classes are usually crowded.

This studio is a little smaller than the other ones on Oahu, and it can get a little crowded, but it is a nice, smaller studio for CorePower. Another plus is proximity to Whole Foods, where one might grab a slice of pizza or some electrolytes after a flow session.

It’s a very welcoming environment and the teachers I’ve had have all been super nice.

It always is a very pleasant experience especially with Ashley. She is there the whole session and guides every step of the way being as a not expert in yoga, I do appreciate that so I can fix my body posture! Overall very good experience!

The instructors are great. I love the variety of classes. However I would like to see some deep cleaning in the studio. I often see dirty mirrors when I am taking class.

Would love cold washcloths during shavasana like at the other studio I practice at. But otherwise this studio is good.

Challenging but not too difficult, classes were led by wonderful teachers.

Rafi’s class was excellent and she’s so personable and easy to talk with at the front desk. The couple things I’ll add is that the towels were incredibly small and fibrous. The towel I was provided BARELY fit around my waist and left white fibers all over my body and face. Before I left I had to wipe myself down with my clean clothes to get the white fibers from the towel off me. These should not be provided to students at a charge. All over the country the standard towels that CPY uses are not that small or fibrous.

The front desk staff were very friendly. We had a couple new people with us and they felt welcome ! The instructor was excellent. She had a great flow of class. She was supportive of my husband who was struggling to keep up. She gave words of encouragement and also provided a block to help with stretching. Felt the aloha

Hot yoga is an essential part of my fitness routine. The Core II classes I attend provide the right mix of flexibility and strength work, along with the opportunity for calming introspection. Add to this the outstanding instructors and the comfortable setting; these keep me eager to return.
