The classes are great but you need to have more classes offered throughout the day. I noticed Ward and Kahala have more classes than Kailua. There are gaps of time without classes at Kailua.

I love CorePower, it has been part of my life for many years. I have to say that the music volume has become a bit crazy, and I often wear earplugs. Because I have been going for so long, I can follow along, but I imagine it might be challenging for new people. Also, my Apple Watch says that the decibel level is dangerous and could cause hearing loss...as a nurse, it concerns me for others as well. Please keep this information anonymous. Thank you!

I really like the different instructors they all come with their own style of approaching the class. However, there is definitely consistency in the method and the basic movements. Everyone is friendly, the music is appropriate, and most times the studio space is not too crowded.

It was a quick 45 min workout that had a little bit of everything. Please add more of these to the schedule. I really like the 45 min sculpt class.
