My experience with Colton since December 2021 when we traded-in our 2017 Phaeton for a 2021 Phaeton has been outstanding. The dealership has bent over backwards to fix the (normal) myriad of problems with a "new" RV, and has been very responsive to calls and inquiries. For us, this has been a major improvement from previous years. Our main contact in service, Kyle Eigenbrod, has been excellent. He is on top of all issues, does what he says he will do, communicates frequently, responds immediately, works on our behalf, and has a good working knowledge base of Tiffin coaches. From a customer perspective, he is the model of what a service rep should be.
Having said all this, there is always room for improvement. I know that Colton has a ton of work and that each tech is more than fully occupied, but it would be nice if they did the last 5% of the job - such as making sure all the hardware is tightened, any scratches made to the woodwork during repairs are touched up, and someone did a quick test of the way it will be used (like sit on the toilet to make sure it doesn't rock). Also, I suggest you make a "what did you mean ?" call to the customer when you have a "no problem found" diagnosis. These are things I've experienced over the past 6 years with Colton and are minor in nature, but cause the customer to bring the rig back in or personally "Youtube" and finish them themselves.
Again, I want to thank Colton for all your support for our unique situation. I know that Colton management made it a priority to help us get through our 2017 Phaeton slide-out issue. Every department stepped up and we are extremely grateful. I would be happy to write a another glowing review for publication if you wish. Feel free to contact me by voice or email.

I'm fairly happy, only problem is waiting on parts. 28 days for an inverter for 19 40 IH seems like a bit of a stretch! Also same problem with outside door bell, automatic door locks whatever else is on that pad.
I realize some of this may be a result of the day and age we're in.
Ren and Josh keep me informed. I live an hour away so I can leave coach. Anyway, I can run the coach without an inverter while waiting. Could be much worse! Name removed

I can call anyone I need by first name and they make me feel important when I need them. I recently bought my second RV from Colton. Kudos to Chuck in sales and Kevin in finance.
