The manager and finance department explained everything. The service department provided a trailer walk through and answered all of our questions. The outback ultra lite trailer is just what we were looking for. It has a very open space with multiple windows and ample storage space. The snappads for our RV are awesome. It is everything that We hoped it would be. The salesperson was very helpful and friendly.

We were on the first leg of a two week trip. On the very first day our in dash air conditioning went from very cold to very warm on a 90 degree day. We called Colton who we purchased from at a Tiffin Rally. Sarah got us in immediately with the help of Jason a service advisor. Jason went above and beyond to get the problem diagnosed. A part was available at Freightliner about an hour away. They ran for the part, fixed the problem and we were on the road again 15 minutes before the time we were quoted. We received the best service anyone could hope for. Colton went above and beyond just like they did when we purchased this RV. More businesses should take note, they wouldn't have to beg for customers!
The large selection astonished us. And the willingness to work with us surprised us too.
