I went into Colton RV in Tonawanda, NY looking for my first pull behind camping trailer. I had one in mind when I went in, but it didn't meet my expectations. Alex Wrzos showed me around the rest of the campers that would meet my needs. He helped to get me into a 26BH. My son and I even spent the night at Colton RV after the sale to get to know my RV. Alex made it a fun, easy buying experience. He was there to answer all my questions. I wouldn't hesitate to refer friends and relatives to Colton RV.

We recently purchased a Tiffin Allegro 36 LA. The entire process of purchasing, transferring our stuff from our trade-in and fixing dealing with a few problems we found went smoothly. Each person we dealt with including our salesman Mike Stephane, our finance guy Jeff, the receptionist and our service folk were great. When we needed service, things were completed in a timely manor.
People are good.
Scheduling needs improvements. Takes too long to get an appointment. Need a good CRM application.

Friendly, responsive staff. I had some issues with my new R POD 196, and the Colton team has been very responsive in resolving all but two of the issues. The remaining issues are waiting the delivery of a missing item and the material to replace a damaged/flawed awning.
My wife and I love our R POD 196.

We just came home from a very nice trip to Tennessee, and everything on our new Allegra Red worked well. The coach really performed well, looks good, and is very comfortable.
This is our third Tiffin product, and we would recommend Tiffin and Colton to anyone interested in a quality and satisfaction.

Good advice from the parts department
We like the ability of Colton team members to respond via email as needed to move quickly on our trade in and new Class A during the very challenging times of the pandemic. That difference was the reason we chose them. We love our new RV. If all goes well with it we will use Colton RV again in the future.
Very knowledgeable sales team Mason was extremely informative and knows all aspects of the business, not just the sales side.
You have great Customer service that are always very helpful. If you don’t carry an item in your store you will order it.
I love going to Colton RV, I purchased a KZ Mini Excape from them three years ago. They have made follow up calls to me in order to see if I am happy with my purchase. The salesman was excellent and professional in how he match my trailer needs to what I could safely tow with my Chrysler Town and Country, and the features that I wanted. The service department help me to get and install the accessories that I wanted in a clean, professional, and knowledgeable ways, they always take the time to answer questions and show me how to use the items that I had them installed. Colton RV is a great place to shop and buy a new trailet.
Purchased a Class A Diesel from Colton RV. It was a very good experience. They had a great selection and were very helpful, courteous and professional from Sales to Finance to Service to Parts!
My experience with Colton RV in NY could have been a nightmare. I live in Washington State, nearly 2,700 miles away. And they had the 5th wheel trailer we wanted. But it wasn't a nightmare. In fact it was really refreshing. It's 2020, can anything go right? At Colton RV it did.
Mike Steffano in Sales is a pro. And I say that in the most complimentary terms. He listened more than he talked, and when he spoke it was clear he knew trailers, inside and out. I ask a lot of questions and Mike responded patiently to every one of them. And the pro that he is, he delivered on every promise.
Fast forward to Binoy George, the infamous Finance Manager. Turns out he was a delight to work with. Binoy too asked what was important to us and when it was clear we knew exactly what we did and didn't want he didn't beat us up trying to push it. Furthermore he facilitated wire transfers, Fed Ex Overnight envelopes, a Zoom call, and docs which were 100% correct from beginning to end. Flawless.
And finally I was really impressed with Kyle Eigenbrod in the Parts department. We worked with Kyle to have those few extra items added in the Colton shop before the trailer left for the long journey to WA. Kyle never missed a commitment. When he said he'd have pricing to us by 10 am we had it at 10 or before. Great communication Kyle, thank you.
Just can't say enough about this team. Thank you doesn't seem to be sufficient. When we get out to Niagara Falls you can bet we'll stop by and properly introduce ourselves to these fine folks.
We had a very pleasant time working with Matt and Mason with our purchase. We looked at at lot of trailers before we were able to decide on the right one for our needs and they just kept on working with us until we found one. I hope all our future needs are handled in the same manor.
