I thought that the arrangment that I made with Chuck Partsch and the Service department for repairs on my new purchase was very fair given my wife's surgery and our first trip being so long.
As far as the service itself, i wouldn't give it a nine for Colton overall but rather a five for the following reasons:
- Phone calls to check on status were not returned at all.
- The carpet and the floor was left dirty with snow/dirt from boots.
On the positive side, contact with personnel when I did have it was positive and helpful and the system to track and outline solutions was excellent....very clear and understandable. Also problems that weren't originally listed were found and resolved.
So, overall I have been very impressed with my total interaction with Colton (especially Chuck P.) from my first visit just a few things need to be addressed

Our sales person Matt Smith is very knowledgeable during and l after the purchase of pur Grand Legend.. He has always been available by phone and text for all our questions. Wr are having a problem with the service dept Getting back to us regarding a trailer that had been in for the last 2 weeks from previous repair work.
We had a great buying experience, but got the camper home and had some issues. I called and you guys are taking care of it right away. Great customer service.

Justin was an awesome salesman. He was there every step of the way during the entire process of our new 17MKE that was ordered from factory. He was very personable and kept in touch.
The entire process from start to finish went smooth and we are very happy with Colton RV of North Tonawanda and would not hesitate to return or refer others to them.
