That score is because of our technician (Troy) who takes care of our pest control service! He is responsive and very professional. He has been servicing our property for a long time and he is the main reason we stick with Terminex. He's knowledgable and always responds when we have questions or concerns! He is the reason we are very satisfied with our service!
