Today's inspection and application went very well. Very pleased with the technician and the follow up phone call and update. However, in the past there were some misunderstandings with what was promised by the Company in general. That has been resolved but I still hesitate to give them a 10 a recommendation.

Chris did an Excellent job and was very thorough in his job… he went above and beyond to make sure the bedbugs were gone for us. Our home and beds and furniture are comfortable to sit in and sleep on with NO Bites to wake us up.
