Johnny Williams did an absolutely amazing job on Saturday when he came into our place of business to scrub our office carpets!!!! We thought there was no hope for the carpet here and he proved us all wrong. They look amazing!!!! He got all the stains out of the carpets which was a plus!!! Good job Johnny!!! He was very pleasant and explained the whole process to us as well!!!!

Hello and thank you for the chance to give my feedback. My experience with zerorez did not start off well. The carpet cleaning was a gift to me from my family and there were problems with getting the gift certificate. Then later when my mother called about to ask when it would arrive the person on the phone was rude to her. She later filled out a feedback survey and a manager called her to fix the problem.

But once that was figured out, everything after that was great. We scheduled our appointment and everything on that day was perfect. We got a call 2 hours early saying that if it was okay with me they could come earlier. They arrived promptly and understood that I was not 100% ready since they came early.

They went over all my options and were very friendly. They did the work quickly and professionally. I can't say enough good things about the guys who came to my house. They were considerate of my things, and may family. I told them I had a pregnant wife and she was sensitive to strong smells. They went over the the chemicals they would use and what they could do to help.

The guys doing the work deserve a raise, a bonus, or a few extra days off. Employees like this are what makes a company great and you should do whatever is needed to keep them.

My experience with ZeroRez didnt start off great. But I believe it is how a company handles a problem that speaks to their quality.

Very easy to schedule appointment , my appointment was schedule for the following week . The technition was very friendly and knowledgeable . I loved the the product was safe for my pet and did not use harsh chemicals . The service was quick and my carpets looked great afterwards.

The technicians, Joe Mego and Joe Bizic, were both very professional and thorough in their work. We are extremely satisfied with their work and will be referring Zerorez to all our friends and family.

I liked the phone call the day before to give me an idea when the man would be arriving and he called me on his way and it was in the time frame given. He was very friendly and efficient with setting up and he was quick and accommodating with some furniture we moved around. The carpeting looks very clean BUT it has this "sticky" feeling to many areas and that was not there before.

Staff was very friendly and easy to work with. Carpet came out cleaner than expected and didn't take long at all!!
