When Chris came out to clean my carpets he was very thorough, he did a wonderful job although I was very shocked at the carpets came out as clean as they did after I found out the process that he explained to me that they do not use any chemicals it's just they raise the pH in their water that I guess attracts the dirt. Whatever the case is their process works very well and I will have them come clean my carpets again and I would recommend them to anyone thank you very much Zerorez.

Excellent customer service from the first telephone call to schedule the cleaning to the service techician, we were overly impressed. I have had my carpets cleaned in the past on average once a year and you can see a major difference in the end result with Zerorez. I would highly recommend Zerorez to anybody who is considering getting their carpets professionally cleaned.

Initially, after having specifically asked for a morning cleaning, received a phone call advising the service would not be done until after 4 until 7:30 Friday! This was absolutely unacceptable! The lady advised there was nothing they could do - after being adamant about the time, she checked with the scheduler who advised they would come Thursday - which was already late afternoon. Of course, we agreed. Chris Compton arrived shortly thereafter. Unfortunately, we had a deluge rain fall. However, Chris performed the job in a record time, in spite of the lousy weather. It was a good job!! However, because of the rain, etc., we were unable to open the windows as planned and the drying process took considerably longer. I believe that when a customer schedules a job with you folks that you adhere to the schedule originally agreed upon. Changing schedules are not acceptable and certainly contrary to your ads. We are satisfied with the job done by Chris, he was quite a good representative of your company. And, of course, it was not his fault or responsibility in regard to the scheduling. We would advise if you desire recommendations that you stick to the PLAN!!! Thank you and thank Chris for working through the elements.
The whole process from email to phone calls to carpets cleaned were handled professionally. It is business and run like a business. Not just someone that has a machine and say the can clean a carpet.

My original service was lacking -- the main issue being musty carpets due to the carpets not being dried properly. However, Zerorez came back to re-service and made it right! The second time, I was definitely more happy with the drying process. He paid special attention to getting as much water out as possible. The technician also gave better advice for removing the moisture (using the air conditioner vs opening the windows) and the carpets dried quicker and smelled way better.
