The carpet cleaning itself also was outstanding. The field tech was friendly, had good listening skills, and was very conscientious. My second floor has an old carpet I only expected to be clean, not necessarily look good. It turned out so well I'm going to delay replacing, which saves me a lot of money.
And the price was very fair. The competition priced the same job at a little less than double the cost of zerorez.
I'm a hard guy to please. This company is a real winner.

Keith explained what he was going to do, did it, then told me what he did. This included a few trouble areas that he couldn't completely clean, due to preexisting conditions.
I had Mike as my techician. He did a great job. I'm thrilled with the finished product. Mike cleaned the carpets and a white microfiber chair that I though would never be clean again. The chair looks brand new. He's very professional and courteous. I gave him a 33 dollar tip because he earned it and deserved it. Would totally recommend Zerorez and Mike to anyone. These guys are THAT good.
