I am very impressed by Zerorez. The team member arrived promptly at the time stated by Zerorez. He was friendly and professional. All of my carpets look fabulous. I was concerned about a white carpet that had apparent ink marks and stains. It came out perfectly clean. The carpets were almost completely dry by the evening.

The people. From the salesman on the phone to the technicians that did the work was a great experience. They just gave me the facts about what it was going to cost and when the technician arrived we went through everything and made decisions on what to do and what not to do and I knew the total bill before they started. The work that they did was great and they were very professional and nice.

The people who came were very professional, my only disappointment was that I went into detail on my appointment call and was told based on my estimates the guys who showed up would determine if our walk-in closet would be included in the estimate. What I was upset about is he was very very confident on the phone that based on my discussion I wouldn’t be charge extra for the landing. Long story told, I was charge $35. It wasn’t worth arguing over, but do want to say that it does leave a sour taste in my mouth.

Fantastic service!

Everything about this service was phenomenal. From When the technician arrived to when he left, he was nothing but cordial and polite. He also explained each step in the process so that I could understand. And on top of the A+ customer service, my carpets look good as new! And that’s saying a lot because I have two huge dogs (German shepherd and golden retriever). Overall I was extremely pleased. I will be referring your services to my friends and will be using you guys again in the future. Thank you.
