Very thorough cleaning without leaving the heavy damp carpets behind! The tile cleaning was downright miraculous!! We were the most surprised by that. We weren't going to have it done, but so glad we changed our minds. The biggest difference ever. The grout has never looked this color from the moment we moved in. Unbelievable!
