The carpeting & furniture weren’t soaking wet. It didn’t take long for everything to be dry. The citrus smell was a very pleasant surprise. Thaddeus was very nice very friendly but wasted no time he got straight to work. He also put the furniture right where I wanted it. I have white furniture. Thaddeus got everything like new again.

The guys were so professional, polite and efficient! Way WAY faster than I thought. Sensitive to my medical condition and all three of my animals, ensuring they didn't get out.
Their wrap up really walked me through how dirty everything had been and how clean it could be. My bias pegged them for their generation but man did they prove me wrong!
Luke called half an hour before he arrived. Did a great job on my carpeting. He also answered my questions regarding having my ceramic tile floors cleaned.
