Zach was very pleasant to work with and he did a very thorough cleaning, My new go to carpet cleaner!
We had our airducts and carpets cleaned on the same day. The scheduling was perfect. The technicians who cleaned the airducts explained the cleaning process and were finished by 11:30. The technician who cleaned the carpets arrived at 12:15. They all stayed on task and adequately did their jobs well.
The solution Zerorez uses doesn't oversoak and smells good, unlike some other carpet cleaner companies where whatever they use smells like chemicals.
Your cleaner did a wondaful job in cleaning the carpet in our church. There were very dirtoy areas from the AC workers coming in with their dirty boots. Can''t see any of this now!
Did a great job of cleaning and with a few fans the areas dried quickly . Would as that the technician would put on shoe covers after cleaning carpet and not walk on outside drive way then walk up steps with bill. Doesn't seem practical to clean carpet then walk on wet shoes with
outsides shoes afterwards
