The results were very good, the cleaner (Chuck) was on time, very professional, tried to find the most economical package for my situation, did not try aggressive up-sale tactics, and caused no damage to our furniture(as other companies have done to us).

Courteous, professional staff
He put extra effort in cleaning the carpet at our entrance, which was very neglected by us in a very long time. Our apartment manager gave us notice to get it cleaned. Now you can see we have a brown carpet again. There’s still a light stain there, but it’s a lot better than being black.
He arrived on time at the beginning of our appointment spread. He was pleasant and a hard worker. I told him he didn’t have to move anything and thanked us for getting everything off the floor.
