David M is really good and we like him a lot. We will be using Zerorex for all our carpet needs.

I was sick with cancer so couldn't show him the spots we wanted cleaned but they are coming back on Tues. .Also we couldn't seem any smell the odor remover.

When I called back the girl was very pleasant and accommodating.
There were spots which I could point out as I was sick in bed.

Our technician, Lance, was very nice and thorough. Explained everything he was going do in our home, answered all questions and was very professional and was obviously took pride in his work.

The speed of being able to get an appointment, tech was professional, considerate, & efficient.
Not quite sure how bad the ducts were, however it a week later and my hardwood floors are much cleaner than before the cleaning. Great job , I highly recommend.

Zerorez did not disappoint! When I called to make an appointment, they were positive on the phone, and able to schedule an appointment within 5 Days. My technician, David, was wonderful. He arrived on time, and was very personable and knowledgeable. He took several minutes to walk around the house with me to understand what was needed. He then explained the process and got right to work. He wore a mask and shoe protection and treated my home and its contents with respect. I was extremely pleased with the results and when David left everything smelled fresh and clean and looked like new. I have already recommended Zerorez to a friend. I will definitely use this service again.

Quick and professional

All our carpets look great- even the high-traffic areas (hall & steps)! Luke was very friendly & explained all of the various steps as he went along from pre-treatment to cleaning to scotch guard for extra-protection on the high-traffic areas. Finally, the products were all safe for our two cats.
